Converting an Estimate to a Job (and Automating It)

Easily convert approved estimates into jobs or invoices in Notifi. You can also automate this process so estimates convert automatically once approved.

Steps

  1. Open the Estimate you want to convert.
    ​

  2. Click More Actions in the top-right corner.
    ​

  3. Choose Convert to Job or Convert to Invoice.
    ​

  4. To automate this process, go to Settings → Automation.
    ​

  5. Toggle Auto-Convert Estimates to automatically create jobs once estimates are approved.
