Understanding Recurring Jobs

Recurring jobs in Notifi automate repeat services for customers who require ongoing maintenance, cleaning, or scheduled visits. Instead of manually creating each job, the system repeats them automatically based on your chosen frequency.

How It Works

When creating a job, select Recurring Job instead of One-off Job. You can then configure:

  • Start Date – When the first job begins.

  • Start and End Time – Optional for each visit.

  • Repetition Frequency – Choose how often the job repeats (e.g., weekly, biweekly, monthly).

  • Duration – Define how long the recurrence continues (e.g., 6 months, 1 year).

  • Crew Assignment – Assign one or more technicians who will perform each visit.

Each occurrence is generated automatically and appears on the calendar, keeping your schedule organized without duplication.

Billing and Payments

Recurring jobs integrate with invoicing and payments to simplify billing:

  • Per Visit Billing – Generate an invoice after each completed visit.

  • Fixed Monthly Billing – Charge a set amount each month regardless of visits.

  • Auto-Charge Option – Automatically bill the customer’s saved payment method.

Benefits

  • Saves time by automating job creation.

  • Reduces scheduling errors and missed visits.

  • Provides consistent revenue through recurring billing.

  • Enables hands-free payment collection and predictable cash flow.

Use Case

Ideal for service businesses offering regular maintenance plans, lawn care, cleaning, or inspections. Set it once—Notifi handles the rest.
