Creating and Managing Service & Maintenance Plans

Set up recurring service or maintenance plans for your customers in Notifi. Create flexible billing options, apply automatic discounts, and easily assign plans to customers for consistent, automated scheduling and payments.

  1. Go to Settings from the left menu.

  2. Under General Settings, click Service Plans.


  3. Click + Add Plan and fill in the details:

    • Name: Name of the plan.

    • Description: Optional summary of the plan.

    • Amount: The recurring charge.

    • Billing Period: Choose how often the plan renews (weekly, monthly, etc.).

    • Discount: Optional percentage discount for all jobs linked to this plan.


  4. To enroll a customer in a service plan, open the customer profile, click + Add Plan, and select the desired plan.

Use Case

Service plans are ideal for recurring maintenance or subscription-based services such as cleaning, HVAC tune-ups, or lawn care.

  • Automate billing at the chosen frequency.

  • Apply discounts automatically to all related estimates, invoices, or jobs.

  • Simplify renewals and improve customer retention with predictable scheduling and payments.
