Go to Settings from the left menu.
Under General Settings, click Service Plans.
Click + Add Plan and fill in the details:
Name: Name of the plan.
Description: Optional summary of the plan.
Amount: The recurring charge.
Billing Period: Choose how often the plan renews (weekly, monthly, etc.).
Discount: Optional percentage discount for all jobs linked to this plan.
To enroll a customer in a service plan, open the customer profile, click + Add Plan, and select the desired plan.

Service plans are ideal for recurring maintenance or subscription-based services such as cleaning, HVAC tune-ups, or lawn care.
Automate billing at the chosen frequency.
Apply discounts automatically to all related estimates, invoices, or jobs.
