Steps
Go to Settings and select Estimate Templates.
To create an estimate template, click + Add New Estimate Template.
Add items or bundles. Items can be pulled from the Price Book or created manually.
Click Save Template. Your template will now appear as an option every time you create a new estimate.
For proposal templates, switch to the Proposal Templates tab and click + Add New Proposal Template.
Add a name and optional description, then select the proposal type (e.g., Good–Better–Best, Silver–Gold–Platinum).
Drag and drop existing estimate templates into each category.
Click Save Template to finish.
Use Case
Estimate templates simplify repeat quoting for common services. Proposal templates help you present tiered or package-based pricing options, increasing upsells and customer conversion rates.
