Setting Up Estimate Follow-Ups

Automate follow-ups for estimates in Notifi. Set reminders to message customers after a set number of days, improving response rates and reducing manual outreach.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings from the left sidebar.


  2. Under General Settings, click Reminders.


  3. Click New Estimate Reminder.


  4. Adjust the timing, status condition, and notification method.

  5. Click the message section to edit the follow-up content. You can customize both email and text templates.


  6. Click Save to activate the reminder.

  7. Repeat the steps to create multiple follow-up reminders if needed.

Note: When a customer approves an estimate, all related follow-ups automatically stop.
