Using the Pricebook and Creating Bundles

The Pricebook is a central library for all your products and services. You can create reusable items or combine multiple items into bundles for faster quoting and invoicing.

How It Works

Creating Products

  1. Go to Pricebook from the main menu.

  2. Click + New Product.

  3. Fill in the details:

    • Name and Description

    • Quantity, Price, and Cost

    • Tax (select from your configured tax list)

    • Type (Service, Material, etc.)

    • Optionally upload an image


  4. Click Save.

    Once saved, products can be reused in Estimates, Jobs, and Invoices, and you can edit them anytime.

Creating Bundles

  1. Switch to the Bundle items tab.

  2. Click + New Bundle.

  3. Add multiple line items and set their quantities, prices, and taxes.

  4. Choose how customers will see pricing:

    • Show all line items with individual prices.

    • Show all line items but one combined price.

    • Show only the bundle name and a single price.


  5. Click Save.
