You can add more than one contact under the same customer profile in Notifi.
Go to Contacts in the left navigation.
Select the customer record you want to edit.
In the Customer Summary section, click + Add Contact.
In the pop-up window, enter the new contact’s details such as name, email, phone number, and title.
5. Click Save to add the contact.
Once saved, the new contact appears in the customer’s summary list. You can add as many contacts as needed.
What you can do with sub-contacts
Send messages or make calls directly from their contact card.
Assign them as the primary contact for estimates, jobs, or invoices.
Include them in follow-ups, notifications, or communication threads tied to the customer.
