Make sure both contacts are added to your Notifi account under Contacts.
Open the customer record where the job or estimate is being created.
In the Customer Summary, find the Bill To field and click
Add Contact.
Search for and select the correct billing contact from the list.
The chosen contact will now appear as the Bill To recipient.
Use Case
The Bill To feature lets you separate the service contact from the billing contact. For example:
When a landlord pays for tenant work.
When an insurance provider covers the service cost.
When a property manager or business handles billing on behalf of the client.
All estimates and invoices created for that job will automatically be addressed to the selected Bill To contact.
