Accessing the Contacts Section
To begin managing multiple properties, first access the Contacts section in Notifi. This is where you can view and manage all customer-related information, including addresses.
Adding a New Address
To add a new address for a contact, navigate to the 'Addresses' tab under the selected contact. Click on the '+ Add Address' button to open the address entry form. Enter the required details such as title, street, city, state, and zip code. Once all information is filled out, click 'Save' to add the address.
Changing Billing and Service Address
Open estimate, job or invoice - click on edit details. You'll see 2 sections - Billing Address and Service Address. If you click on the drop down you'll see details to select one from the pre-populated addresses or create a new one.
