Steps
When you send an estimate, customers receive a link by email or text.
Customers click Approve, then sign in the signature box to confirm.
Once signed, the estimate automatically updates to Approved, and the signed version is stored under the estimate record.
If you’re with the customer in person, open the estimate and click More Actions → Collect Signature.
Hand the device to the customer to sign directly, then click Save.

Digital and in-person signatures simplify estimate approvals. This helps field teams close deals faster, ensures every approval is recorded, and eliminates the need for printed paperwork.
