Steps
Go to the Estimates section to view all estimates and their statuses.
If a customer approves or declines an estimate, you’ll receive a notification in your Inbox.
Open the estimate from the table to see the updated status (e.g., Approved or Declined).
When a customer declines, their feedback appears at the top of the estimate. This helps you understand why the estimate was rejected.
Customers see both Approve and Decline options when reviewing estimates, so feedback is captured in real time.
Use Case
Estimate approvals and feedback tracking keep communication clear and actionable. Teams can quickly identify lost opportunities, adjust pricing or scope, and resend updated estimates to improve close rates.
