Adding Notes and Attachments

From the Job Details page:

  1. Navigate to the Notes & Attachments tab.

  2. Add a text note to describe work done, materials used, or site observations.

  3. Upload photos or files (maximum size 40 MB per file). These can include before/after shots, receipts, or diagrams.

Advanced Tools for Technicians

  • Markup Tools – After taking or uploading a photo, technicians can draw, highlight, or annotate directly on the image to clarify issues or completed work.

  • GPS Tracking – Each uploaded photo automatically records its GPS coordinates, verifying where and when it was taken.

  • Mobile Friendly – Technicians can capture, annotate, and upload images directly from their phones while on-site.

Benefits

  • Provides detailed visual records for quality assurance.

  • Enhances communication between field and office teams.

  • Creates a verifiable audit trail of on-site activity.

  • Improves customer transparency and trust.

Use Case

Technicians can take photos before starting and after completing a job, annotate them to highlight specific areas, and add short notes. This gives management and clients a clear, timestamped record of work performed.
