Setting up Voice IVR

  1. On Desktop app, go under Settings

  2. Under Phone Menu press + Create

  3. Define a Greeting Message played for inbound caller

  4. Enter a value on the dial pad.

  5. Enter a voice prompt and select whether to forward the call to an existing number, or forward to a team member
