Steps to Connect
Go to Settings → Account Details.
Turn on the Beta Experience toggle.
Go back to Settings → Connections.
Click Connect with QuickBooks.
Follow the QuickBooks authorization steps to link your company account.
Once connected, syncing begins automatically based on the data type.
Sync Behaviour
Data Type | Sync Direction | Description |
Pricebook | 🔄 Two-way | Any updates in Notifi or QuickBooks will sync both ways to keep pricing consistent. |
Contacts | 🔄 Two-way | Customer and company contact details stay synced in real time. |
Estimates | ➡️ One-way (Notifi → QuickBooks) | Estimates created in Notifi are pushed to QuickBooks for accounting visibility. |
Invoices | ➡️ One-way (Notifi → QuickBooks) | Invoices and payments recorded in Notifi are sent to QuickBooks automatically. |
