Calendar Filters and Quick Booking

The calendar includes flexible filtering and quick booking tools to help you focus on specific jobs, crews, or activities.

How It Works

  1. Click Calendar in the left menu.


  2. At the top, click the Filter icon.

  3. You can filter by:

    • Assigned Crew (technicians or team members)

    • Type (Jobs, Visits, Tasks, or Events)


  4. Click Apply to update the view, or Clear Filter to reset it.

  5. To add a new job or event, simply click anywhere on the calendar - a booking window will open for quick scheduling.
