Route Optimization

Route Optimization helps you plan the most efficient path for your technicians, saving time, fuel, and improving daily productivity. It automatically arranges visits in the optimal sequence based on the selected technician’s schedule and location.

How It Works

  1. Go to the Calendar.
    ​

  2. Switch to Map View.
    ​


    ​

  3. Select the technician by clicking Switch User.
    ​

  4. Click Optimize — the system will ask for start and end locations.
    ​

  5. Enter or edit the Start Location (e.g., home, office, or warehouse) and End Location.
    ​

  6. Click Continue to generate the optimized route for all jobs that day.
    ​

Notes

  • Optimization applies only to jobs scheduled for the selected day.

  • Recurring or unscheduled jobs will not appear in the optimization.

  • You can re-run optimization anytime if new jobs are added or rescheduled.
